Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales of our security and technology solutions. If you have a passion for technology, a strong background in sales, and a desire to be part of an innovative team, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned territories. 
  • Present and sell A+ Technology & Security’s suite of solutions, including security systems, access control, video surveillance, and IT services, to prospective clients. 
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the education, healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. 
  • Collaborate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. 
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s solutions and generate leads. 
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing information. 
  • Regularly report sales activity, forecasts, and updates to management. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security, technology, or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and IT infrastructure. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
